"Whoa, who said they didn't like corn chips?!"

This weekend has been well spent. So far I left the land of dull attitudes and an unbearable lack of entertainment for the coast. I was raised on the panhandle of Florida so it's like really coming home when I get to see the white, sandy beaches.

Today we went out on the boat to Pensacola to watch the Blue Angles fly. As entertaining as it was, after an hour, six planes flying in circles gets a little old. But, none the less, not everyone gets to see it as close as we did. We were right next to the base on the water. It was amazing to be able to be that close.

When we were leaving was the best part. We started around the curve if the beach towards the harbor to get something to eat when we notice somethings moving around in the water. So, we stopped the boat to look and what we found still has me shocked. There, in the water next to us was a mother Bottle-nosed Dolphin and her calf. They came up to the boat and played around the water next to us. It was simply amazing.

After our encounter with the dolphins, we docked at "Peg-Legged Pete's." I HAD to get a shirt because the name was almost too much for me to handle. I still can't get over how trashy this place was. The best part is there was someone having their wedding reception in the back room near the dock. I nearly had a fit when I saw a BRIDE walking up down the stairs while I was walking up them.

So far that has been my trip. We leave tomorrow and I'm slightly disappointed that I have to go back to the real world. :/ Anyways, more to come later.
