All I need is around me.

I have had the best, most unproductive and entertaining past three weeks. Odd, right? Well, for the record, Jon Thomas and I are getting along famously. He came to my home town with me to meet the whole family. Needless to say, he passed with flying colors. (: Even my brother, who doesn't like anyone but himself, his dog, and his fiancee, wanted him to come over and hang out while we were there. Not only that, but my mom pulled me aside and said "Jordan, you don't even like your family as much as you like him. This is different." So, the point being, what if this is different? What if this is my last go around? It's a little early in the game, I know. But, people always say that you know immediately. We've talked about this, don't get me wrong, but we both agree that the odds are too far in our favor for this not to be something more than casual college dating. Who knows?
Anyways, I am now 19. Woo! It wasn't really that big of a deal. There wasn't that much of a change. I can now buy tobacco and get into bars. I do neither so I'm pretty much no different. But I definitely think it helped my family realize that I am legally an adult now. Awkward, right? But it's really whatever. I'm fine with being babied. (:
I moved into my new room in the sorority dorms. No one is ever here so it's almost like living by yourself. I have everything I need and come and go as I please. It's nice here. I don't have a roommate yet. I'd honestly like to keep it that way, but the odds aren't in my favor as far as that is concerned.
I hope that gets everyone up to speed on my life. Far too interesting, I know...
